Joe has 18 years of industry experience with Krendl Machine. With a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Joe has worked his way up through the Krendl Machine ranks with stops in manufacturing, electrical and assembly, research and development, sales and managerial along the way.

Joe’s experience comes from working directly with customers and insulation manufacturers both in the United States and internationally. Through this first-hand experience, Joe has gained valuable knowledge of customer needs.

Jeff KrendlJeff Krendl, COOPlant Manager

Jeff began working for Krendl Machine when he was in grade school. Working throughout his school years, Jeff has seen the company’s progression and growth during the last 28 years.

Having attended The University of Toledo, Jeff is owner of Residential Insulation LLC. As the owner of an insulation business, Jeff understands a contractor’s perspectives and needs when it comes to insulation machines. His current responsibilities at Krendl include overseeing the daily plant operations, research and development, customer service, repairs and product marketing.

Mark RiemeschMark Riemesch, Sales Manager

Mark has more than 30 years experience operating and repairing machinery and 27 years experience in sales, customer service and management. He has spent the last five years of his career at Krendl Machine.

Mark’s responsibilities include monitoring and growing distributor relationships, research and development, attending trade shows and independent rep management and expansion.

Chris FuerstChris Fuerst, Sales Representative

Chris has been with Krendl Machine for 15 years. With an associate degree in business administration and currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in organizational management, Chris has expertise working with Krendl’s technical support and electrical teams. He has done repairs on each model of machine as well as onsite repairs and product demos.

His responsibilities include helping customers get the equipment they need to perform jobs efficiently and providing continual customer service after the sale.

Betsey Tipton, Asphalt Sales Manager & Inside Sales Team Leader

Betsey has been with Krendl Machine for over 14 years.  Betsey started with our Production team in the electrical department where she became our resident electrical expert and Team Leader.  Betsey moved to Sales to become our Inside Sales Team Leader, where she manages our specialists and takes care or our International customers.  Because of her extensive Production background, Betsey supports our Production Technical Team as needed with electrical or every day machine applications questions.   Her equipment expertise is also utilized in training branch events as well as product demos.  And she has expanded her sales position to manage our Asphalt business segment, where she is now the Asphalt Sales Manager for all our infrastructure customers/contractors.

Betsey is focused on helping customers and assure they are always up and running.  Her passionate persistence of customer service and focus has our International, Asphalt and contractor customers continually growing their business and equipment knowledge.

Betsey’s goal is to keep Krendl’s Inside Sales Team the best in the industry because “if our customers are not up and running and making money, it’s Krendl mission  to help them get back on the job”. Contact Betsey at
