Repairs

Important Warranty - Should components to repair unit be covered by warranty, Krendl Machine would pay for regular return shipping costs. Expedited costs would be covered by customer. Krendl Machine technical personnel will call and explain repairs and maintenance that was done to machine. Technician will also do a follow up call after customer has received machine back to make sure machine is running properly.
  • Machine needing repair is shipped prepaid to Krendl Machine.
  • Machine evaluated by Krendl Machine repair personnel.
  • Repair evaluation form completed with parts required and estimate for repairs.
  • Evaluation form is faxed or emailed to customer/distributor for approval of repairs
  • Evaluation form is signed and faxed/emailed back to Krendl Machine. This signed form becomes the purchase order to begin and complete repairs per quote.
  • Machine is repaired within three business days and shipped back to customer. Shipping cost added to repair billing.
  • Machine will be tested by Krendl Machine technicians before machine is shipped back to customer.
  • Billing occurs at date of shipment.
